AEW star MVP has never been shy about speaking his mind, and his latest comments on WWE’s Paul “Triple H” Levesque are no exception. In a recent interview, MVP opened up about his criticism of Triple H’s booking of Bobby Lashley and promised to share more about their past interactions.

During his conversation with betideas.com, MVP slammed Triple H’s decision to push Bobby Lashley down to the mid-card despite his success as a two-time WWE Champion. MVP was clearly frustrated by Lashley’s treatment under Triple H’s leadership and questioned how certain talents were being booked.

“Bobby Lashley is a bankable, marketable guy. And two-time WWE Champion just got reduced to mid-card, whatever.”

MVP didn’t stop there, going on to address those who’ve dismissed his views as nothing more than complaints. He made it clear that his opinions come from his own personal experiences and what he’s witnessed on WWE programming.

“What I said, specifically in response to the person on my Instagram page, was that you see it. It’s my opinion of how he chooses to book certain talents. Some people say all the time that, ‘oh MVP’s just griping, MVP’s just crying.’ Okay, well just watch the program. Who were the people in the top spots under his leadership? Who were given the opportunities?”

While MVP has been vocal about his frustrations, he emphasized that his issues with Triple H weren’t related to race but were personal in nature. He pointed to interactions between the two that led him to lose respect for Triple H, which he plans to discuss in detail soon.

“My issues have to do with him as a person and our personal interactions and things that he said and did that caused me to have zero respect for him. But I’ll get into that on my show.”

MVP also teased that he would dive deeper into his issues with Triple H on his podcast, Marking Out with MVP and Dwayne Swaezey, leaving fans eager to hear more about what went down behind the scenes.

With MVP continuing to stir the pot, it’s clear that there’s more to this story than what we’ve heard so far.
