Mustafa Ali walked into TNA Rebellion 2026 with backup — and walked out with championship gold after a chaotic finish.
Ali challenged Trey Miguel for the TNA International Championship in a fast-paced match that had momentum swinging back and forth from the start. Miguel came out aggressive and kept the pressure on early, even landing a twisting Canadian Destroyer that nearly ended things.
Ali slowed the pace whenever he could, repeatedly looking to the outside to regroup. The match picked up again when Miguel launched himself off the apron with a Meteora onto the ring steps, leaving both men barely able to beat the referee’s count back into the ring.
As the match continued, Miguel fought through knee damage from earlier in the bout and kept firing back with explosive offense, including another Meteora that almost sealed the win. The crowd was fully behind him as the champion looked close to retaining.
That’s when everything broke down. Members of Order 4 got involved late in the match, distracting the referee at the worst possible time for Miguel. With the official turned away, The Great Hands rushed in and smashed Miguel with their entrance helmets, leaving him defenseless in the ring. Ali didn’t waste the opportunity.
Ali hit a 450 splash off the top and scored the pin. With that final move, Ali secured the victory and captured the TNA International Championship, ending Miguel’s reign in controversial fashion. The interference made it clear that Ali wasn’t alone in his pursuit of gold, and the presence of Order 4 played a major role in the outcome.
The win marks a huge moment for Ali, who now stands as the new TNA International Champion after surviving a hard-fought match and capitalizing on the chaos created at ringside.
Do you think Mustafa Ali could have won without Order 4 getting involved, or was interference always part of the plan? Let us know what you think.
