WWE is loading up the 2026 Royal Rumble — and it looks like they’re bringing some major firepower with them.
According to WrestleVotes Radio, multiple top names are either scheduled or being heavily discussed for the January event, which will take place in Saudi Arabia. Joey Votes confirmed the list of names internally discussed for the show, including Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton, Chad Gable, Jacob Fatu, LA Knight, Dominik Mysterio, and Tiffany Stratton. He explained:
“After checking in with multiple sources regarding talent availability for the upcoming Royal Rumble, we’ve learned that several names have either been discussed or are currently scheduled to be in Saudi Arabia for the premium live event.”
Among those names, Brock Lesnar stood out as the biggest draw — and co-host TC didn’t hold back his excitement:
“For me, it’s always going to be Brock Lesnar. I think he is such an attraction, such a specimen of an athlete. And anytime he enters a match, the mood, the vibe, everything changes completely when he gets in.”
Lesnar’s presence alone adds major intrigue to the Rumble match. As TC noted, it’s a perfect opportunity to elevate someone:
“Having him in the Royal Rumble gives the opportunity for someone to really get a rub by eliminating him. If you’re not going to have Brock Lesnar win it — yeah, easy way to start a Mania program.”
Randy Orton’s name also came up in the conversation. Though he hasn’t been seen recently on TV, TC pointed out that Orton still has major storyline potential heading into WrestleMania:
“I think you can make a case that he has as good an opportunity to go to WrestleMania with a big marquee match. A lot of people speculated him and Cody Rhodes — now we’re hearing Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns — where does that leave Randy Orton in the mix?”
And then there’s Jacob Fatu. After a hot start on WWE TV, he’s been absent — but that could change in a big way at the Rumble.
“His name has been out there. Someone who’s ready to return. How they utilize him moving forward should be very fascinating,” TC added. “He was very over as a heel — quickly became a face due to how well he was able to speak on the mic and what his moves can do in the ring.”
With WWE heading back to Saudi Arabia for one of its biggest shows of the year, it’s clear they’re aiming to make this Rumble feel huge — with returns, surprises, and maybe a few career-defining moments.
