The May 4 episode of WWE LFG was already emotional after the women’s eliminations, but things only got tougher once the men stepped into the ring. With 16 total contestants at the start of the playoffs, the coaches were forced to slash half the roster—and now, four men are officially out.

In a major update, the second half of the show delivered another round of eliminations as Mickie James, The Undertaker, Bubba Ray Dudley, and Booker T each made tough calls that left fans shocked.

Chris Island went head-to-head with Troy Yearwood, and Mickie James ultimately chose to eliminate Troy. Elijah Holyfield, son of boxing legend Evander Holyfield, was dropped by The Undertaker after his match with Shiloh Hill.

Bubba Ray Dudley added some fire to his decision. After Drake Morreaux battled Brayden “BJ” Ray, Bubba picked Drake for elimination, stating, “I think people would pay to see BJ get punched in the face—and this job is about putting butts in the seats.” It was a vintage Bubba line that lit up social media.

Then came Booker T’s decision. After watching Anthony Luke square off against Jasper Troy, the Hall of Famer cut Luke, throwing shade while doing it. “You’re trying to be The Rock. And let me tell you—everybody that’s ever tried, has failed,” Booker said.

With four women and now four men left standing, the road to WWE LFG’s finals at Madison Square Garden is narrowing fast. Eight hopefuls remain, and the pressure just hit a whole new level.
