MJF’s alignment with the Hurt Syndicate became official during the May 21 episode of AEW Dynamite—but it didn’t end when the cameras stopped rolling. His real-life girlfriend, Alicia Atout, took to Twitter after the show to publicly show her support in a way only she could.
Shortly after Dynamite went off the air, Atout shared a photo of herself rocking a Hurt Syndicate snapback hat while flashing a confident smile. Her caption kept it playful and proud: .@AEW @The_MJF”
The tweet was simple, but fans caught the message loud and clear—she’s riding with MJF, both in the ring and out. The post quickly gained traction as fans noticed the subtle endorsement.
During the broadcast, MJF signed his name on the dotted line during a heated contract segment with the Hurt Syndicate, officially becoming part of the faction. MVP praised MJF as “better than the fans, and they know it,” while Bobby Lashley initially hesitated before giving the final nod. The segment ended with MJF proudly donning a Hurt Syndicate hat—possibly the same one Alicia later wore in her tweet.
That wasn’t the only drama of the night. Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara came out to confront the group, leading to a tense back-and-forth. Rhodes warned MVP not to trust MJF, calling him “a snake in the grass.” It’s clear this faction war is far from over.
But in real life, Atout’s loyalty was never in question. She’s firmly #TeamMJF.
