The February 19 episode of AEW Dynamite brought some more momentum toward the company’s next pay-per-view event. AEW Revolution will go down on March 9, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. Now, we have a big match for the event.

MJF opened the show by making his way to the ring, followed by Adam Page, who confronted him. Security was stationed around the ring as fans chanted “Cowboy Sh*t” in support of Page. MJF started his promo by insulting the crowd and reminding Page that he cost him the first-ever Casino Royale match when AEW began. This, MJF claimed, forced him to fight his way up the roster.

MJF argued that history only remembers the winners and that while Page was favored from the start in AEW, MJF had to rely on his microphone skills. When challenged to name one thing he was better at than MJF, Page responded, “I am real.” MJF accepted his role as the villain and turned to leave, but then spat at Page, causing him to charge after him. Security held Page back as MJF taunted him from the entrance. Page fought off security, and Christopher Daniels stepped in to calm him down, ending the segment.

Chaos erupted at the end of the segment, as the two stars obviously left a lot unsettled. It wasn’t long after that until Tony Khan made their match official at Revolution. Now, MJF and Adam Page will throw down at the next pay-per-view.

We will have to see what else happens on the road to Revolution. At this point, AEW still has plenty of time to stack the event with even more matches.
