MJF is showing he’s more than ready for his Worlds End match against Adam Cole. The former AEW World Champion took to Twitter on December 17 to drop footage of himself in the gym, performing a monstrous squat workout with a staggering 920 pounds of weights.

“920. Gee wiz I sure do hope I’ll be able to hang in there with Adam Cole at Worlds End,” MJF captioned the clip with his signature sarcasm, The footage shows the self-proclaimed “Salt of the Earth” strapped into a belt, effortlessly squatting the colossal weight as it moves up and down in rhythm—proving once again why he’s built for the biggest stage.

The post comes just days after MJF’s involvement on AEW Dynamite went sideways. Attempting to interfere in Adam Cole’s match against Kyle O’Reilly, MJF was sent packing with a brutal superkick, adding fuel to their heated rivalry heading into the December 30 Worlds End pay-per-view.

With MJF’s video making rounds online, fans were quick to react, with comments ranging from “Absolute monster” to “Adam Cole better be ready!” The current AEW lineup is already heating up for Holiday Bash, but all eyes will be on what MJF has to say during Dynamite on December 18.
