MJF might not be rolling solo for much longer. The former AEW World Champion dropped a major hint that he’s considering aligning himself with a faction—and The Hurt Syndicate could be at the top of the list.

Last week on AEW Dynamite, MVP made a bold move, handing MJF a Hurt Syndicate business card, offering him a spot alongside Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin. But MJF isn’t rushing into anything just yet.

Addressing the situation on the March 19 episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF admitted that he’s been weighing his options—and thinking a lot about the AEW World Championship. With Jon Moxley running with his Death Riders faction, MJF made it clear that he might need a crew of his own to even the odds.

“The last time I trusted someone as a partner, I got burned,” he said, throwing a clear shot at his former best friend Adam Cole. But he’s done dwelling on the past. “The time for me to cry over spilled milk is over, and the time for me to smile over popped champagne has just begun.”
