Speaking of Mike and dealing with haters, he took to his social media to celebrate his Ring of Honor debut seven years ago and wrote about people that told him he would never make it.

“This month 7 years ago I debuted for @ringofhonor. Instantly fans told me to quit and that I wouldn’t last, or I wouldn’t amount to anything. In that moment I had 2 choices, prove them right or prove them wrong. 7 years later, I still have those 2 choices. Your path is always created by you. Build your house with the bricks people throw at you.”
