WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley just dropped a major announcement—this time, it’s not a promo or hardcore chair shot, but 100 pounds off his frame.

The “Hardcore Legend” hit social media on Thursday to proudly reveal that he’s officially down 100 pounds from his all-time high of 372 pounds in January 2024. It’s been a two-year journey for the former WWE Champion, and Foley laid it all out in typical Mick fashion.

“It took two years, but I’m officially down 100 pounds from my all-time high of 372 pounds in January, 2024,” he said. “I actually thought last year my high was 379 and I hit my goal when I hit 279 last January…. But little did I know I was 7 pounds short of my 100 lb goal one year ago.”

Foley credited his success to a combination of determination, better choices, and some medical help. He admitted to using Wegovy to curb cravings and also gave a nod to Diamond Dallas Page’s DDP Yoga for helping him stay active.

“Yes, I had some help in the form of Wegovy, which helped reduce the constant cravings…. But I made wiser eating choices, stopped eating when I was starting to get full – instead of when I was stuffed – and did a little bit of that @ddpyoga as well,” Foley wrote. “I’ve managed to keep the weight off since last year and actually hit my goal… finally!”

The 58-year-old legend even teased a hilarious stipulation match against his longtime friend and ECW icon, Tommy Dreamer.

“I am moving around so much better, I’m not short of wind after walking up hills and stairs, and one day may even take my shirt off at the beach,” Foley joked. “Perhaps @thetommydreamer and I can have an epic stipulation match: ‘Loser takes off t-shirt.’”

He ended the message with a shoutout to fans who supported his journey, and set his next target: 250 pounds by his birthday.

Mick Foley is proving once again that you don’t have to be in the ring to inspire. From Hell in a Cell to health goals, the guy’s still showing us what fighting spirit really looks like.
