Michelle McCool has dealt with criticism for most of her career, but she just took things a step further—by using the hate as a lesson for her daughter.

The former WWE Women’s Champion shared a post on Instagram, exposing some of the vicious messages she receives regularly. From cruel comments about her appearance to attacks on her marriage to The Undertaker, McCool didn’t hold back in showing the dark side of social media. She explained her reason for sharing these messages in a direct caption:

“Real talk: Who else would volunteer as tribute to show my daughter why she doesn’t have social media.”

Some of the messages were downright brutal. One person accused her of being fake and slammed her beliefs, writing:

“Snake. Sick of her holier than thou Christian attitude.”

Another message took aim at her marriage to The Undertaker, claiming:

“You can tell they don’t really love each other.”

Others tried to tear down her wrestling career, with one fan saying:

“She’s trash. If she actually had talent, she would have been pushed. She was trash. She won’t be remembered.”

This isn’t the first time McCool has addressed critics. Recently, she shut down accusations that she was riding The Undertaker’s coattails. Even The Deadman himself stepped in to defend her, standing by his decision to feature her on his podcast despite the backlash.

By publicly confronting this kind of cruelty, McCool is turning hate into a message of strength—for her daughter and for anyone else dealing with online abuse. Her post wasn’t about seeking pity; it was about setting an example.

Do you think Michelle McCool handled the hate the right way? Should more public figures expose this kind of behavior? Share your thoughts in the comments—we want to hear from you.
