WrestleMania 41 Sunday is officially underway—and now we know which match is opening the show. D

uring the kickoff broadcast, Michael Cole confirmed that IYO SKY will defend her WWE Women’s World Championship in the opening contest, setting the tone for the night in a major way. “The Women’s World Title Triple Threat will open WrestleMania 41 tonight,” Cole announced.

SKY will go to war with Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley in a triple threat bout that’s been brewing with tension for weeks. Belair originally earned the shot, but Ripley muscled her way into the match, making this one of the most chaotic and unpredictable matchups of the entire weekend. And that’s just the beginning.

  • Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. John Cena
  • WWE Women’s World Championship: IYO SKY (c) vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Bianca Belair

Fans are also still buzzing over the potential mystery surrounding Orton’s new opponent and whether The Rock could show up to affect the outcome of Cena vs. Rhodes. Throw in a surprise tag partner for Lyra Valkyria, and this card has drama in every direction.

WrestleMania 41 Sunday is live from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The pre-show began at 4 PM ET and the main card started at 7 PM ET. U.S. fans can watch on Peacock while international viewers can stream via Netflix.
