Mercedes Moné officially has her next title defense lined up—and it’s someone who’s ready to settle unfinished business.

On AEW Collision, Red Velvet stepped up and publicly called out Mercedes Moné for a rematch for the ROH Women’s World TV Title. It didn’t take long for Tony Khan to respond. The AEW and ROH boss confirmed on Twitter that the match is locked in for ROH Final Battle, going down Friday, December 5, 2025, at GalaxyCon in Columbus, Ohio. The post from Khan made the match official in true showman fashion:
