After AEW officially announced that Moné will defend the CMLL Women’s World Title on the November 1st episode of Collision against Olympia, she took to Instagram to mock the familiar narrative that she avoids title defenses.

The match was made after Olympia stepped up and issued the challenge during the October 25th edition of Collision. AEW wasted no time in confirming the bout, making it another entry on Mercedes’ growing list of global title defenses.
Moné currently holds 12 championships, but some fans online accuse her of simply collecting indie titles without ever showing up to defend them. This latest jab proves she’s well aware of those critics—and she’s not losing sleep over them.
She’s also scheduled to defend the Bestya Women’s Title in Italy before the year ends, showing she’s not just stockpiling belts—she’s actively taking them worldwide.
