Former WWE Superstar Maven has seen lots of success as a YouTuber, which is why he even went to AEW for a video. In light of his appearance, he has revealed whether he received any offers to work for AEW.

While speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Maven was asked if there had ever been talks about him working for AEW. He explained that nothing serious ever came up about working with them full-time in roles like TV or commentary.

The only discussion was the one-off situation where he covered for them. Even then, he made it clear he would absolutely be open to considering any offer if one came his way.

“Uh, working for them full-time—doing stuff like TV or commentary? None that went anywhere. This conversation was a one-off, just covering for them. Would I entertain it? Yes, absolutely. I’d definitely entertain any offer.”

When asked if anyone from AEW had reached out, Maven said no and admitted he didn’t know why. He added that he would explore any options presented to him because he would always see himself as an ambassador for wrestling.

Maven believes the mistakes he made earlier in his life are behind him, and that he could represent any company well if given the chance. At the end of the day, he’s not going to stress over opportunities that aren’t there. Instead, he chooses to focus on what he does have in front of him and stay grateful.

“Nobody. I don’t know why they haven’t reached out. But I would explore any options that came my way. I will always be an ambassador for the business. I’d like to think the childish mistakes I made are behind me, so I’d be a good representation for any company that might bring me in. At the end of the day, I can talk. But it hasn’t happened, and I’m never going to look at opportunities that aren’t in front of me and be upset. I’m only going to look at what I have in front of me and be grateful.”

Maven’s words show that while he isn’t currently connected to AEW, he’s open to the idea if the chance comes along. For now, he’s focused on growing his YouTube channel and continuing to represent professional wrestling in a positive way.
