Matt Riddle’s Final Independent Wrestling Match Confirmed

It has been made official! Last night at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn 4, WWE revealed Matt Riddle has signed with the company as he appeared in the crowd during the show.

PROGRESS Wrestling, who has a partnership with WWE has revealed Riddle will be competing in his final independent appearance for the promotion. The match will take place on Sunday, September 30. That is just over a month away.

The match itself is set to take place at the SSE Arena in Wembley at the show titled “Hello Wembley.” His opponent seems to be unknown at this time, though we expect that to be revealed in the coming weeks.
