The viral “badass construction worker” may have finally gotten the response he was begging for.
After days of Instagram videos calling out Brock Lesnar — whom he repeatedly referred to as “Bronk” — and dragging Matt Riddle over his UFC and WWE careers, Riddle has officially responded. And he didn’t need a full promo to do it.
In the comment section of one of the viral posts, Riddle dropped a short but direct message aimed straight at the man challenging him:
“I’m showing up to your job site bro”
That was it. No long rant. No back-and-forth. Just one sentence — and wrestling fans immediately jumped on it.\

The response came after the construction worker posted multiple videos claiming no wrestler scared him, specifically targeting Riddle and daring him to respond. In one clip, he mocked Riddle’s career and even told followers to tag him.
Now, Riddle has acknowledged it publicly. The comment has already racked up significant engagement, with fans replying and egging the situation on. Some are calling for the confrontation to be filmed, while others are jokingly fantasy-booking the showdown.
Up to this point, the construction worker’s viral moment had been one-sided — roasting fans, insulting wrestlers, and escalating his threats. But Riddle’s comment changes the tone. Whether it’s trolling, sarcasm, or a real-life challenge, it’s the first response from an actual wrestler he targeted. As of now, there’s been no further exchange between the two.
Will this turn into a real confrontation, or is this just social media talk getting bigger by the day? Sound off in the comments — do you think Riddle should lean into this, or let it die out?
