Matt Cardona Returns to Challenge Joe Hendry for World Title During 1/23 TNA Wrestling iMPACT

Joe Hendry beat Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Title in the main event of the pay-per-view. This was the payoff for many who believed in Hendry for years.

Joe Hendry kicked off TNA Wrestling’s show this week, and he received a big ovation from fans. He spoke about his big title win, and the uphill battle throughout his entire career.

Then Santino Marella came out, and he rained on Joe’s parade a bit. He was out there to introduce the man who would challenge Joe Hendry for his title next.

After that, Matt Cardona came out as Hendry’s first challenger for the TNA Wrestling World Title. This was a big return for Cardona, who is always ready. Now, we will have to see what’s next for Joe Hendry as he starts his run as World Champion.
