The accusations from Janel Grant against Vince McMahon have seriously hurt his reputation as a business leader. Claims of sex trafficking and abuse have overshadowed his legacy in entertainment. In fact, even Matt Cardona has addressed the allegations, making it clear he finds them disturbing.

While speaking on The Ariel Helwani Show, Matt Cardona talked about the allegations against McMahon after watching the “Mr. McMahon” Netflix documentary. Caronda noted that the accusations were disturbing and shocking, as he added that if they turned out to be true, it would be a big deal.

“I’ve seen the documentary. I’ve seen all the allegations, [they’re] disturbing to say the least, so we’ll see what happens, but like oh my God, right? We’ve all read it, it’s crazy, crazy stuff. And if proven true, then wow, right?”

Regarding the ongoing sexual trafficking lawsuit, attorneys for Janel Grant recently asked the court for a status conference in her lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis. They argued that guidance was needed due to changes in the case.

However, the judge denied the request on January 16, 2025. This decision allowed Grant’s legal team to file an amended complaint by January 31, 2025, lifting the previous pause on the lawsuit. Therefore, Janel Grant can include any new arguments in her updated complaint. The case remains a major topic of discussion, and its outcome could have lasting effects on the wrestling industry so we’ll have to wait and see whether Janel Grant will end up winning the case once and for all.
