Everyone in the world is blaming Raja Jackson for his horrendous assault on Syko Stu, leaving Stu hospitalized. However, Mark Henry has a very different take as he believes Stu was at fault for what happened in the end.

While speaking to TMZ Sports, Mark Henry talked about Raja Jackson’s attack on Syko Stu. He said Syko Stu didn’t seem fully aware of what was happening, while the person messing with him took on more than he could handle. Henry pointed out that veterans should set a better example, especially when dealing with younger wrestlers.

“I do know what I saw. It looked like he wasn’t smart to what was going on. And the dude that was messing with him bit off more than he could chew. You gotta be careful with who you’re messing with, and what kind of example are you, as a veteran, for inciting a riot with a kid? I mean, he’s not 12, but he’s still significantly younger — and you wanna make sure that everybody knows what we’re doing.”

Mark Henry explained that the situation makes the company look bad, hurts Syko Stu’s image, and looks even worse for the guy who got beaten up. Henry says that back in the day, losing a fight could cost a wrestler their job.

Even though things are different now, Henry believes there still needs to be respect. If someone is acting out, you should hold back and deal with it later instead of letting it blow up into violence.

“It’s not a bad look for pro wrestling, it’s a bad look for the company he performed at, and it’s a bad look for him. And it’s an even worse look for the guy who got beat up. Because now we know you can’t fight — and back in the old days, if you lost a fight, you lost your job. Maybe those days are over too. In the modern sense, that shouldn’t happen. On both sides, have enough respect for the business to say, ‘Hey, this dude is acting up, imma give him a pass today.’ But you need to get him in order, because if I wanted to take his head off, I could.”

When asked if Syko Stu was more at fault once they were in the ring, Henry said that if what he saw was true, with people drinking before the show and Syko Stu smashing a beer bottle over Raja Jackson’s head while talking trash, then Syko Stu was the one to blame.

“If indeed what I saw was what I saw — people before the show, during the daytime, drinking and intoxicated or partially intoxicated — and you bust a bottle over a guy’s head and talk trash like that guy was not going to do nothing… yeah, you’re at fault.”

This comes after it was already confirmed Syko Stu apologized to Raja Jackson and shook hands before the planned spot that went wrong. On the other hand, many people still blame Raja Jackson for his actions and have petitioned for the LAPD to arrest Raja Jackson.

Mark Henry’s remarks have definitely shocked quite a few fans and many people are now trying to see it from a different perspective as well. Regardless, only time will tell whether Raja Jackson will face the consequences of his actions.
