“We’re doing it and Nof and Aliyah are on the side. I’m in the middle of the two of them and they’re doing it… Then I’m feeling like wind whiz past my ear and I’m like, yo, they’re really throwing.”

“I hear one of them say, ‘What, b*tch?’ And I’m like, wait—real. You could feel the intensity when they’re no longer working… Mandy had Gianna’s [Liv’s] hair. Gianna had Mandy’s hair. They’re screaming and swinging for the fences.”

The situation got so wild that other trainees ran for cover while Sonya tried to separate the two on her own.

“Nof’s gone. Aaliyah’s gone. Daniela’s gone. They bounced. And I’m in the middle going, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa!’”

Eventually, male trainees had to jump in to stop it. But even after the dust settled, Mandy Rose still had one more shot to fire.

“Mandy rolls out and says, ‘You pulled my hair!’ And Gianna goes off. Then Mandy goes, ‘At least my hair is real, bitch!’”

Sonya said Mandy was extra proud of that line since she didn’t have hair extensions back then. This wasn’t some locker room drama that spilled out—this was legit heat during a scheduled class. And according to Sonya, the coaches had to stop everything and give a full speech afterward.

“It was the Tasmanian Devil in the ring… Total chaos. The coaches were freaking out.”
