Mandy Rose isn’t staying quiet about the growing online chatter claiming she’s “grooming” released WWE or NXT talent to follow her path to subscription-based platforms like OnlyFans. In fact, she tackled the topic head-on during her Power Alphas Podcast — and she’s not ashamed of what she’s built.

As more female stars exit WWE or NXT and launch their own premium content brands, fans have been quick to point fingers at Mandy as the one who “started it all.” But she sees it differently — not as grooming, but as empowering others to take ownership of their careers.

“You’re always going to be connected to that stigmatism, which in my eyes is an incredible thing because all these females that are going to leave NXT or WWE, they’re going to see the opportunity to be able to control their own brand.”

Mandy made it clear she’s not secretly recruiting anyone, but acknowledged that her success has become a blueprint for others — and that comes with responsibility.

“And control their entity. They’re going to call you for advice minimum, right? They’re going to see how you did it. What was your blueprint? How did you do this?”

She also broke down the reality that WWE talent are treated as independent contractors, meaning no healthcare, no benefits, and no guaranteed security. So when someone gets cut or chooses to walk, they often start looking for sustainable, profitable options.

“At the end of the day, it’s a business and we’re all trying to make the most that we can make out of anything because we’re all young. Eventually people want to start families. You want to set yourself up for the future.”

Mandy’s comments come in the wake of multiple released talents — including former NXT names — immediately launching their own subscription content, sparking debate over whether WWE is unintentionally feeding a trend. But Mandy didn’t hesitate to own her place in that conversation and refused to let internet criticism twist it into something negative.

Mandy Rose sees no shame in controlling your own brand — and she’s not going to apologize for showing others how to do it.
