Lucha Libre AAA is bringing the fireworks to Monterrey as Triplemanía Regia returns on June 15, and the main event is nothing short of personal. El Hijo del Vikingo will defend the AAA Mega Championship against Alberto El Patrón in a heated rematch from their first clash just weeks ago.

It was on May 31 during an AAA TV taping that Vikingo defeated El Patrón to claim the vacant AAA Mega Championship. The match was intense, the result shocking—and now, El Patrón wants his title back.

With AAA confirming the bout as the headliner, Vikingo will make his first official title defense in front of what’s sure to be a passionate crowd. The champion has momentum, but El Patrón has history and experience on his side.

Also announced is a loaded four-way match for the TNA X Division Championship. Moose will defend his title against Joe Hendry, Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., and El Mesías in a bout that blends TNA’s intensity with AAA’s chaos. This one could easily steal the show.
