Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are making their way back to New Japan Pro Wrestling, and it could happen sooner than expected.

The duo is rumored to be the “mystery partners” for the Young Bucks at NJPW Resurgence this weekend, fueling speculation of a major reunion.

According to Fightful Select, the deal between Gallows, Anderson, and NJPW was agreed upon some time ago but couldn’t be promoted while they were still under WWE contract. Now free agents, the Good Brothers are back in familiar territory, and they’re doing media to hype up their NJPW return.

Gallows was already announced for his first post-WWE match at Create-A-Pro Wrestling’s May 31 event, but the NJPW comeback adds a whole new layer to the Good Brothers’ plans. The duo previously found success in New Japan as part of the Bullet Club, and their return could shake up the current tag team landscape.
