Ludwig Kaiser has been a ruthless heel on WWE Raw, but it looks like he’s testing the waters as a babyface—at least on live events. While he just lost a street fight to Penta on RAW, continuing their heated feud, Kaiser has been playing a completely different role at WWE’s recent house shows in Germany.
At events in Hannover and Dortmund, Kaiser ditched his villainous ways and embraced the hometown crowd as a babyface. He even scored wins over Austin Theory and Grayson Waller on back-to-back nights.
Despite this shift at live events, sources via Fightful Select say this is only for non-televised shows—for now. He’s not expected to work as a babyface on TV imminently, but specific crowd reactions could adjust that week to week overseas. That means if the fans keep backing him like they did in Germany, WWE might just have to rethink his role.
For now, Kaiser remains a full-fledged heel on RAW, but this live event experiment could hint at something bigger down the line.
Do you think Ludwig Kaiser should turn babyface on TV? Or should he stick to being one of WWE’s top villains? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
