Longtime Tag Team Officially Breaks Up During 7/21 WWE RAW

The July 21 episode of WWE RAW went down in Houston, Texas’ Toyota Center. This week’s show included some surprises, including the announcement of a breakup.

During this week’s RAW, New Day was approached by Grayson Waller backstage. He explained to Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston that he’s looking for new partners, because A-Town Down Under is done. He explained that Austin Theory is injured, so he is moving on.

A-Town Down Under’s last match in WWE was on June 23, 2025, where they lost to The War Raiders on WWE Main Event #665 at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

Austin Theory’s most recent WWE match was on July 14, 2025, where he lost to El Grande Americano on WWE Main Event at the Legacy Arena in Birmingham, Alabama. Sadly, it seems that Theory is now injured.

We will have to see what happens next for Austin Theory. Injuries are never a good thing, but Grayson Waller is not going to waste any time in moving on.
