Lola Vice’s WWE main roster call-up may be closer than ever, as a new backstage update reveals she was nearly promoted in WWE’s most recent round of talent moves.

According to Bodyslam.net’s Cory Hays, WWE seriously considered bringing Vice up to the main roster alongside the latest batch of call-ups, but ultimately decided to wait before making the move official.

“They were close to calling her up with the latest batch. They held off for now. She has come a long way and she definitely deserves to be on the main roster.”

This update confirms that Vice is firmly on WWE’s radar for a future promotion to RAW or SmackDown. While the company chose not to move forward with the call-up just yet, the fact that she was strongly considered shows how highly she is viewed internally.

Vice has continued to build momentum in NXT while also competing internationally in AAA, where she has gained valuable experience performing in front of large crowds. Her rapid development and growing confidence have positioned her as one of the rising stars in WWE’s pipeline.

Vice recently made her ambitions clear during an interview on Busted Open Radio, where she openly stated that she feels ready for the main roster and is simply waiting for the opportunity.

“I think now more than ever, I’m ready and I’m just waiting for the opportunity for them to call me because I’m gonna take the main roster by storm.”

WWE has often delayed call-ups to ensure talent debuts at the right time with proper creative direction. Given this latest update, it appears Vice’s main roster debut could happen sooner rather than later.
