Logan Paul was determined to win the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble match but things didn’t quite turn out that way for him as he was eliminated at the end. Afterwards, he had a heated confrontation with Kai Cenat and now Paul admitted his frustration towards Cenat was genuine.
While speaking on the Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul opened up about the intense confrontation he had with Kai Cenat after being eliminated from the Royal Rumble match. Before the event, Kai invited Logan to join a stream, and they were joking around. However, during the match, Kai surprised Logan by telling him that Atlanta wasn’t really supporting him, which Logan disagreed with, claiming that everyone loved him.
“I love Kai. He invited me on a stream before the match, and I thought this is sick. We were out there, and he’s like, ‘Yo, Atlanta wasn’t f***ing with you.’ I was like, ‘What are you talking about? Yeah, Atlanta loves me. Everyone loves me.'”
Later, Logan asked Kai if he would be cheering or booing him, and to Logan’s surprise, Kai admitted that he would be booing him. After Logan was eliminated from the Rumble, he suddenly heard a voice that stood out among the crowd. He initially didn’t recognize it, but then realized it was Kai, who was mocking him by telling the chat to drop L’s for Logan.
“And I asked him, ‘Bro, are you going to cheer me or are you going to boo me?’ He basically said, ‘I’m not f***ing with you, Logan. I’m going to boo you.’ I was like, ‘To my face? You’re going to boo me?’
So, after I got eliminated, all of a sudden, I didn’t hear any voices. The voices all sounded the same, except Kai’s. I’m like, ‘Yo, chat, yo chat.’ I hear him. He’s like, ‘Yo, drop L’s in the chat for Logan, dog.’“
Feeling frustrated, Logan blamed the loss on Kai and the two started exchanging heated words. Logan even considered whether to confront Kai physically and drag him over the barricade, but ultimately decided against it, not wanting to risk his job. Despite the intense moment, Logan admitted that he still wasn’t sure how he got eliminated from the match.
“And I’m like, what is this s*** Kai? Sure enough, I look up and there’s Kai Cenat. He’s chirping at me, and I just got thrown out of the Rumble. I’m like, ‘Bro, I don’t need this energy.’ I was frustrated. So I basically blamed the entire loss on him. We just started going at it, and he fired back at me.
Meanwhile, I’m like, ‘Do I risk my job and drag him over the barricade, like distract from the match?’ Because, bro, I don’t even know how I got eliminated from the Rumble.”
While the Royal Rumble didn’t go the way he had wanted, Logan Paul has now started a feud with Rey Mysterio and truly showing the world why he is such a detestable heel. Therefore, we’ll have to see how that feud will turn out as fans feel there might be a chance Kai Cenat will return to WWE television and confront Logan Paul again.
