Liv Morgan suffered a dislocated shoulder injury on the June 16th edition of Monday Night Raw, which obviously threw a wrench in all sorts of plans. It was known that she needed surgery and now it appears that she underwent successful shoulder surgery and is now on the road to recovery.

Sports physical therapist Kevin Wilk took to his Instagram and revealed that Liv Morgan recently had shoulder surgery. He posted a photo with her and said it’s been an honor to help her with her rehab.

Wilk praised Liv Morgan as an amazing athlete who’s dedicated and great to work with, and promised she’ll come back even stronger. He also added that the surgery was done by Dr. Dugas at Andrews Sports Medicine.

This comes after we have previously reported that Liv Morgan was originally set to face IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship at Night of Champions but her injury changed that.

We have also reported that Liv Morgan is expected to be out of action for six months after her surgery. Regardless, we are hoping for the best and pray Morgan returns to doing what she loves most as soon as possible, since fans miss her already.
