Lights Out Match Added To AEW Forbidden Door Pay-Per-View

AEW Forbidden Door has a violent new addition.

The August 13 episode of AEW Dynamite went down at the Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Will Ospreay promised that he will be back by Forbidden Door. Now, we know what he’s a man of his word.

Ospreay made his big return to the AEW fold during Dynamite this week. He ran in for the save after things went too far after Jon Moxley’s match. This ended in a big challenge for Forbidden Door.

Will Ospreay challenged the Death Riders to a Lights Out match at Forbidden Door. That should be a violent contest, even though we don’t know who Ospreay will pick as his team at this point.

The AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2025 event will take place on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at The O2 Arena in London, England. AEW is adding a few things to Forbidden Door at this point. They also booked the AEW World Title match during this week’s show.
