Lexis King had people doing double takes this week after posting a hospital photo of his girlfriend, indie wrestler Carolina Cruz, with a caption that had many believing the couple was expecting twins. But it turns out the only thing new in their lives… is above the waistline.

On November 19, 2025, the NXT star tweeted a photo of Cruz laying under a hospital blanket, with an IV drip at side, with the following message:

“I’m elated to announce that we are introducing not one, but TWO new members to our family! @CarolinaCruzera is a trooper and already recovering quickly ❤️❤️❤️”

The tweet immediately set off a wave of congratulations in the replies, with fans thinking the couple had just welcomed—or were about to welcome—twins. But a closer look at the image reveals the real story.

If you zoom in on the photo, markings are clearly visible around Cruz’s chest area, the kind typically used in pre-op preparation for breast augmentation surgery. Add in the reclining chair, IV bag, and the wording of King’s tweet, and it becomes clear: this was a post-op cosmetic procedure, not a baby announcement.

King wasn’t trolling maliciously—just dropping a cheeky double entendre in classic pro wrestling fashion. The post did exactly what it was meant to do—grab attention, stir the timeline, and let fans talk. And judging by the reaction, it worked.

Do you think Lexis King’s post was a playful win or did it cross a line? Should fans be more careful before jumping to conclusions—or was this exactly the kind of tease you expect from someone in the wrestling world? Drop your thoughts below.
