WWE is loading up tonight’s June 6 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, and a big singles match has just been confirmed: Aleister Black will go one-on-one with LA Knight in a major showdown live from Bakersfield, California.

This update adds even more fire to a stacked episode, which already serves as the final stop before Money in the Bank. WWE is now promoting a three-hour blue brand spectacle, with every Money in the Bank ladder match participant set to be in action.

Black and Knight haven’t crossed paths much on WWE television since Aleister’s return, making this a first-time clash many fans have been waiting for. WWE has now locked in the bout, making it a centerpiece of tonight’s show.

That’s on top of the previously announced six-woman tag match featuring Rhea Ripley, Stephanie Vaquer, and Alexa Bliss taking on Naomi, Roxanne Perez, and Giulia. Each of those women is competing in the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come Saturday.

Also confirmed is a major face-off involving Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso confronting their Money in the Bank opponents—Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and Logan Paul.

With Cena, Rhodes, Paul, and Uso all in the building—and twelve Money in the Bank contenders roaming the halls—tensions are sure to boil over in the final moments before Saturday’s premium live event.

WWE SmackDown kicks off live at 8/7c on USA Network, airing from Dignity Health Arena in Bakersfield, CA. International fans can catch it via streaming platforms like Netflix. For full play-by-play coverage, make sure to follow along on Ringside News.
