WWE made a late update to the February 20 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, adding another match to an already stacked lineup just hours before the show goes live.
After a chaotic 10-man tag team match last week, WWE confirmed via social media that Gunther will go one-on-one with Tama Tonga in singles action tonight.
The announcement adds even more star power to a card already focused on building momentum toward the Elimination Chamber premium live event. With multiple qualifiers already set and now another high-profile singles match added, the February 20 show is shaping up to be a key night for storyline progression.
WWE also previously confirmed a major clash of champions, with Women’s United States Champion Giulia set to face WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion IYO SKY in a rare champion vs. champion encounter.
This updated card locks in a strong mix of titleholder action and high-stakes qualifying matches as WWE continues to build toward Elimination Chamber.
