AEW just raised the stakes for this week’s episode of Dynamite. Tony Khan announced a high-stakes four-way women’s match set for July 16, featuring Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander, Thekla, and Queen Aminata. On the line? A cool $100,000.

All four women competed in the Women’s Casino Gauntlet match at AEW All In, where ROH Women’s Champion Athena came out on top to secure a future shot at the AEW Women’s Championship. Now, this four-way bout is giving these competitors another chance to stand out—and cash in.

The match also comes with plenty of history. Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander were once allies, but things turned cold fast after Statlander’s betrayal. During the gauntlet, Willow wasted no time charging straight at Statlander after entering at number three, while Statlander had already been holding her ground from the start at number one.

Meanwhile, Thekla and Queen Aminata are renewing a rivalry of their own. Thekla previously defeated Aminata at AEW Collision: Summer Blockbuster, and they’ve been crossing paths ever since on opposite sides of tag matches.

Tony Khan confirmed the matchup with a simple but effective post on social media:

“$100,000 4-Way Fight: Willow vs. Statlander vs. Thekla vs. Queen Aminata—Wednesday on #AEWDynamite!”

This four-way isn’t the only thing booked for Dynamite. Hangman Page will kick off the show, and he’ll also team with Mark Briscoe and Powerhouse Hobbs to take on The Death Riders—Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, and Claudio Castagnoli. Plus, Toni Storm will deliver a victory speech after her latest title defense.

AEW’s stacking the card, and this women’s match could end up stealing the spotlight.
