Lacey Evans isn’t staying silent after Becky Lynch took a shot at their feud following WrestleMania 35.

While making an appearance on Something’s Burning with Bert Kreischer, the former WWE Women’s Champion reflected on her run after headlining WrestleMania, saying working with Lacey Evans was a letdown. Lynch didn’t mince words when recounting how her first program post-WrestleMania 35 felt like a major step down.

“I start working with Lacey Evans right out the gate [after WrestleMania 35]. God bless her, but she wasn’t, you know… For me to go from the main event of WrestleMania to somebody who hadn’t done anything was terrible.”

That comment didn’t sit well with Evans, who responded with venom on social media, accusing Lynch of real-life crying behind the scenes and insisting Lynch wouldn’t dare say anything to her face.

“Don’t hate the player. Hate the game. 😘 The only person who shoot cried more than you was the baby I had on my hip while taking all the opportunities. 🫠 If/when I come back…..you will STILL do nothing but gently shake my hand and say ‘how cute my little family is’ backstage.”

This war of words adds to the long-standing tension between the two. Her comments on the post-WrestleMania booking clearly reopened old wounds — and Evans isn’t pulling any punches in return.

What do you think about Lacey Evans’ clapback at Becky Lynch? Did Lynch disrespect her, or is Evans taking it too personally? Sound off in the comments and let us know where you stand.
