The WWE Universe has been loud about LA Knight, and it looks like WWE is finally listening.
According to Cory Hays of Bodyslam.net, LA Knight is slated to start a feud with Seth Rollins in the buildup to WWE Night of Champions, which goes down June 28 in Saudi Arabia. Rollins, who just won the Money in the Bank briefcase, has the power to show up on any brand—and that includes SmackDown, where Knight continues to ride a tidal wave of fan momentum.
While nothing is locked in yet, there’s another big possibility on the table. With the King & Queen of the Ring tournaments starting this week on RAW, WWE may be positioning Knight and Rollins to collide in the King of the Ring finals at Night of Champions.
This major move follows a huge swell of fan support, including the viral #WeWantLAKnight campaign that took over social media. Supporters have been demanding WWE give Knight more meaningful booking—and this could be it.
WWE hasn’t confirmed the exact direction yet, but the signs are clear: LA Knight’s time might finally be coming, and it starts with Seth Rollins standing in his way.
Could LA Knight finally land his signature win by beating Seth Rollins? Should WWE strap the rocket to him now or wait until later this year? Sound off in the comments and let us know what you think.
