Kylie Rae just made history at GCW Presents WWE ID Showcase, becoming the inaugural WWE ID Women’s Champion in a hard-fought triple threat match against Zayda Steel and Zara Zakher.

The match came down to a tense final sequence, with Rae locking Steel in a crossface submission. Zakher attempted to break it up, but she was a second too late, leaving Steel with no choice but to tap out. Rae’s initial shock quickly turned into her trademark beaming smile as the crowd celebrated the moment.

The WWE ID Championship has a unique twist — it’s open to all independent talents. If a non-ID talent captures the title, they automatically earn a WWE Independent Development contract. Rae, already part of the WWE ID program and a regular competitor on WWE EVOLVE, now carries the honor of being the division’s first champion.

Kylie Rae’s victory not only cements her place in WWE ID history but also opens the door for fresh challengers from across the independent wrestling scene. With the title able to change hands to anyone from anywhere, fans could see some surprising matchups in the near future.
