Raja Jackson’s vicious attack on Syko Stu at a KnokX Pro event badly damaged its reputation and they had to stop operations for a while. A few weeks after the incident, it seems the promotion has resumed its operations with Rikishi at the helm.
WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi took to his Instagram and uploaded several videos of himself alongside his students at KnokX Pro, where they were watching videos from DDP Yoga and implementing the techniques for themselves.
Rikishi also made sure to give the full address of KnokX Pro as well as the timings for their training, making it clear the promotion is up and running once again.
“you ever tried @ddpyoga trust it works “it’s not your mamas yoga “ thank you uce @diamonddallaspage we @knokxpro academy appreciate you !! #savingliveschanginglives
Address: KnokX Pro Entertainment & Academy 📍 KNOKX PRO DOMAIN 8548 Lankershim Blvd, Sun Valley (Right off the I-5 Freeway) Phone 818-809-2120 Training days/Hours Tues 6-9pm Wed 6-9pm Thur 6-8pm”
It was also revealed that KnokX Pro is losing students rapidly following the Raja Jackson incident, which is why Rikishi was planning to “completely overhaul” the promotion. To add to this, WWE decided to remove the promotion from their talent recruitment page, making it clear they wanted nothing to do with Rikishi’s promotion anymore.
Rikishi is working hard to keep KnokX Pro going. He’s added new training methods like DDP Yoga and is open about class details and schedules to regain trust from the wrestling community. But with WWE no longer supporting the school and student numbers falling, rebuilding the brand’s reputation will be very hard.
