Killer Kelly’s departure from TNA is no longer just a report — it’s now confirmed in her own words.

After it was previously reported that Kelly’s contract quietly expired at the end of December 2025, the Knockouts standout addressed the situation directly on January 25, 2026 with a detailed public statement. Her post confirmed that an extension was offered, but both sides ultimately agreed not to move forward, bringing her TNA run to a close.

Kelly opened her message by acknowledging the news and explaining the decision.

“My time with TNA has come to an end. I know this is a long time coming, but y’all deserve to read something coming from me. A contract extension was offered, but in the end we’ve decided not to go that route. And that’s totally fine!”

Rather than sounding bitter, Kelly framed the departure as reflective and appreciative, making it clear she valued her time with the company and the opportunities she was given.

“I love TNA, and my time there was full of ups, and very few downs. I’ve been apart of this amazing team and I’m really thankful for that, especially for the lifelong friends I’ve made along the way.”

She credited TNA’s creative team for helping elevate her presentation, pointing specifically to her promo work and major storylines.

“I’ve grew so much as a performer/wrestler, the team made me look like an absolute superstar with my promos (which were the fcking coolest ever), and I had the opportunity to make history with the FIRST EVER Women’s Dog Collar match on tv.”*

Kelly also referenced the widely discussed limitations around that match, while still taking pride in what she and her partner accomplished.

“We weren’t allowed to bleed because someone used all the blood tokens (you all know who he is ahahah), but we still did a really great job, made history and will definitely go down as one of the best storylines/tag team creations of all of TNA.”

She was candid about wishing she could have done more during her run, but mentioned that she’s proud of what she accomplished.

“I wish I could’ve done much more than to be part of the longest reigning TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions (which is so cool), but that’s ok! I’ve done plenty, and I’m really proud of myself and so happy that I was allowed to do and create so much.”

Kelly also mentioned the physical and emotional toll of returning from maternity leave and jumping straight into high-risk matches. She closed by thanking multiple people within TNA who helped bring her to the U.S. and supported her career.

“I also gave my all, don’t get me wrong, especially coming back 7 months after having a baby and going straight to having a Chain Match (another first ever!!!), so I’ll definitely pat my own back for a little bit.”

“Mainly, I want to thank Scott, Gail, Tommy, Bravo and Ingrid for helping bring me to the United States, bet on me and help me make history.”

And while her TNA chapter is over, Kelly made one thing clear: this is not a goodbye to wrestling or television.

“But I’m not done yet, and you’ll definitely see me on TV soon 🩸”

She also confirmed she is open for independent bookings worldwide, sharing contact emails for promoters.

Killer Kelly’s exit may have initially happened quietly behind the scenes, but her own words now put a definitive stamp on the situation. Instead of bitterness, her message reads like the closing of one chapter and the deliberate setup for whatever comes next.
