Kiana James’ Status Amid Prolonged WWE Television Hiatus Revealed

Kiana James made a splash when she was called up to Monday Night RAW during last year’s WWE Draft. However, James has been noticeably absent from WWE television for a long time and now her current status has been revealed.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider recently held a Q&A session, where he answered several fan questions. Johnson was asked what happened to Kiana James, not competed in WWE since June of last year. According to Mike Johnson, Kiana James was placed on WWE’s injured list around that time, with the belief being that she required knee surgery.

It was previously reported that Kiana James would be out of action for six months after undergoing knee surgery last year, but it has been much longer than that and fans are obviously concerned about her recovery status.

In the meantime, Kiana James kept herself busy by walking the runway for the couture designer behind John Cena’s outfits, as she continued to engage her audience despite her in-ring absence

There is no official update on Kiana James’ return to in-ring action. However, since her recovery has taken longer than expected, WWE is likely taking precautions to ensure she comes back at full strength. Therefore, it remains to be seen when she will finally make her in-ring return as fans miss her.
