Kevin Owens hasn’t gone under the knife just yet—despite reports claiming otherwise.
After WrestleMania 41, fans were led to believe that Owens had neck surgery on April 7. “Owens’ surgery was believed to have taken place on 4/7,” wrote Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, adding that recovery could take “12 to 15 months.”
But that’s not the case. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Kevin Owens hasn’t had surgery at all.
That comes after Owens tweeted something even more cryptic on April 11, when a fan asked him for a health update. His response? “I’m currently battling a cold. Oh and my neck is bad.”
The tweet didn’t mention surgery, timelines, or recovery plans—just a vague nod to his ongoing issues. Now fans are wondering whether surgery is being delayed or if he’s trying alternate treatment first.
The road ahead just got even murkier.
