Kevin Nash is opening up about a serious health diagnosis—and how technology has helped him finally get real rest after years of exhaustion.

During a recent conversation with Raven on the Kliq This podcast, Raven discussed his own health challenges, including a sleep disorder and early-onset Parkinson’s. That prompted Nash to reveal that he was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and has been using a specialized computer-assisted breathing machine that has completely transformed his nights.

“Yeah, I’ve got the special one, the ASV that actually breathes for you. It forces you to breathe the air. That’s my—I have the same one. Because my brain says—the CPAP just puts the air there and my body goes, ‘So, we’re not going to do anything with this?’”

Nash explained that he’s been using the ASV device for just under a month and is already seeing dramatic results.

“I’ve had it now for I think 28 days. And so I woke up this morning and it was 7 hours and 11 minutes I’d been asleep. And my apnea—see, mine’s computer-generated, so I don’t have to stop breathing. My oxidation just has to go below 85%… and so basically for the seven hours, I averaged 2.1 episodes. And when I first had my sleep test, it was 11.”

Before the diagnosis, Nash said he would come home from the gym every evening and crash almost immediately, needing a nap before dinner just to function. But since using the machine, that daily fatigue has completely disappeared.

“Since I’ve been using it… I used to do every night—I’d usually come home from the gym around 5:30 or 6. By 6:30 I’d be sound asleep, and then Tamara would wake me up about 7:30 to eat. I’d snooze a good 45 minutes to an hour. I have not done that one time since I’ve been on this.”

After just 28 days of treatment, Nash says he’s sleeping more than seven hours straight each night, with his apnea episodes dropping from 11 per hour down to just over two. It’s a massive improvement for the 66-year-old WWE Hall of Famer, who admits he’s feeling sharper, more energized, and more balanced than he has in years.

For someone who’s spent decades in a business known for its physical grind and travel fatigue, Nash’s story is a reminder of how crucial sleep and recovery can be—even for larger-than-life wrestlers.
