Kevin Nash isn’t holding back when it comes to fans labeling Rhea Ripley as one of WWE’s most overpushed stars of all time.

On a recent episode of his Kliq This podcast titled You Can’t Handle The Truth!, the WWE Hall of Famer addressed a viral Instagram post that ranked the most “overpushed” WWE talents—and he was stunned to see Ripley at the top of that list.

During a broader conversation about WWE’s creative flow and repetitive booking, Nash redirected to the criticism some stars receive from online fans. When Ripley’s name came up on the list, he couldn’t believe it.

“I saw a thing on Instagram that was like the ten strongest pushed athletes, you know, or characters in WWE. And it was like Taker and Brock and Triple H during the 90s… and the number one pushed person was—uh, or overpushed, or whatever—was Rhea on this list. They said that like nobody even had her on her back during, you know, her first three years.”

Nash was quick to point out that Ripley has done her part recently to help elevate others, making the ranking even more ridiculous in his eyes.

“I’m thinking, well, Jesus, that obviously has changed because she seems to be, you know, giving a lot, you know? So if she makes the list of most pushed in history, that’s outrageous.”

He made it clear that putting Rhea Ripley above names like Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker is a massive stretch—especially considering her role in helping talent look strong in recent months.

Nash’s comments echo what many in the industry feel: online lists often lack the historical context and understanding of how stars build others around them.
