Kerry Morton is staying loyal to the National Wrestling Alliance.
As first reported by PWInsiderElite.com on January 1, the third-generation star has signed a new multi-year contract with the NWA, locking him in for the foreseeable future. At just 24 years old, Morton has already made a major impact, serving as a core member of The Southern Six and holding gold as a former NWA Junior Heavyweight Champion. He also won the 2024 Crockett Cup Tournament alongside Alex Taylor.
WWE had shown interest in Morton prior to his new deal, but any chance of a move is off the table for now. Morton is officially locked in with the NWA and appears set to continue his rise within the promotion.
With his family legacy and in-ring resume already stacking up, Kerry Morton’s decision to stay could signal big plans ahead in Billy Corgan’s NWA.
