Kenny Omega is back—and he’s bringing some serious backup.
It was officially announced during the September 27 episode of AEW Collision that “The Cleaner” Kenny Omega will return to AEW television on October 1, 2025, at the AEW Dynamite 6th Anniversary Special in Hollywood, FL. This marks Omega’s first appearance since getting spiked through a table by Kyle Fletcher on the September 3 edition of Dynamite.
Now recovered, Omega isn’t wasting any time easing back into the spotlight. He’s set to team with the current AEW World Tag Team Champions Brodido—the powerhouse duo of Bandido and Brody King—in a trios match that already has fans fired up. Their opponents? None other than The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) and Josh Alexander of The Don Callis Family.
This match is more than just a reunion—it’s a clash of bitter allies turned enemies. Omega and The Bucks haven’t been on the same page in a long time, and with Josh Alexander now aligned with Don Callis, the drama writes itself.
Here’s the full lineup for the October 1 edition of AEW Dynamite, airing live at 8/7c on TBS and HBO Max:
Omega’s return adds a massive spark to an already stacked show—and with him standing across the ring from The Bucks, don’t expect this to be a simple match. There’s history, there’s tension, and there’s a whole lot of payback waiting to explode.
