Kenny Omega Calls Most Criticisms Of AEW Women’s Division ‘Incredibly Ignorant’

Kenny Omega is spearheading the AEW Women’s Division as Executive Vice President. He takes great pride in what they’ve been able to accomplish so far. He will also readily admit that AEW is still working on finding the face of their Women’s Division.

During a recent Twitter Q&A, Omega answered a question about fan criticism of the AEW Women’s Division. The Cleaner went on to say that most critics are “incredibly ignorant.” It is also depressing how many fans have no class.

Lately, most “criticisms” I read are incredibly ignorant. Depressing the amount of fans that have absolutely no class. That being said, I do try to sift through those to get to the actual constructive criticism

Riho is currently the AEW Women’s World Champion. That might not be the vision for All Elite Wrestling’s Women’s Division long-term. She has held onto her title tightly through every challenger so far.

Kenny Omega has worked hard to make sure that the AEW Women’s Division presents the kind of picture he wants. People can have their own opinions on everything, but it sounds like Omega is pretty sick of some of the more vocal fans.
