Kelli Berglund might be known for her acting chops, but she’s not ruling out a future in the ring. The Queen of the Ring star, who plays Nell Stewart in the film, made it clear that with the right training, she’d be down to step between the ropes.

During an appearance on the AEW Revolution pre-show alongside co-star Damaris Lewis, the two were asked if they’d ever consider wrestling for real. While Lewis laughed it off, saying she’d be fine just “holding the cards,” Berglund gave a much different answer.

“You know what, give me a couple of months to really train. I could be down. Once you learn about it, you’re so invested,” she said, proving she’s got more than just Hollywood interest in the wrestling world.

This isn’t Berglund’s first connection to pro wrestling. Before Queen of the Ring, she starred as Crystal Tyler in Heels, another wrestling-themed series. With Queen of the Ring now in theaters, her appreciation for the sport seems to be growing.
