Kayla Braxton is opening up about her wrestling future, and it doesn’t sound like a full-time return to WWE is in the cards.

Speaking with Simon Miller of WhatCulture Wrestling, the former WWE correspondent revealed she’s been exploring new paths since her departure, including a venture into acting.

“I did a movie. It’s coming out this year, which is really exciting. So, I am dabbling in the acting thing,” Braxton said, hinting that her career is taking a new direction.

When asked about the possibility of returning to WWE, Braxton didn’t completely rule it out but made it clear that her full-time days in the company are likely over. “I don’t know if wrestling is in my future. I think it’s one of those things that’s going to be in the rearview mirror. Who knows?”

Despite her uncertainty, Braxton said Triple H left the door open for a potential comeback. “When I left, Triple H said the door’s always open. So, there’s always a potential for a pop-up. I don’t think in the full-time capacity that I’ve been doing it will happen again,” she added.

Braxton left WWE in 2024 to pursue other opportunities after years of being one of the most recognizable backstage interviewers. During her time with the company, she became a regular presence on RAW and SmackDown, and hosted numerous WWE digital exclusives.

Kayla Braxton may not be planning a full-time WWE comeback, but her move into acting shows she’s not done entertaining.
