Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s Current WWE Status Revealed

It looks like Karrion Kross and Scarlett won’t be going anywhere anytime soon — at least if you read between the lines.

On the July 6 episode of the Fightful Select Report podcast, Sean Ross Sapp gave fans some much-needed clarity on the duo’s WWE contract status, and all signs point to them sticking around.

Sapp explained that Scarlett’s deal is directly tied to Kross’ contract, meaning when his deal is up, so is hers — unless they’ve quietly signed extensions. Judging by Kross’ recent surge in TV time, pay-per-view appearances, and fresh merch drops, it looks like WWE isn’t planning on letting him walk away.

“Scarlett—her deal also up when Karrion Kross’ is, barring an extension. Now, I’ve said this about two, three, four times now. I would imagine they are going to play their contracts very close to the vest. Him being featured on TV, very heavily on the PLE, getting new merch—all signs point to him staying with the company and perhaps even having signed with the company again. But it’s not going to be something that he has out there in the world, I don’t think.”

Sapp also noted that Kross tends to keep contract details under wraps, so fans shouldn’t expect an official announcement anytime soon — but the writing seems to be on the wall.

With Kross getting a bigger push on WWE SmackDown and Scarlett always by his side, it looks like this power couple is still very much part of WWE’s long-term plans.
