Kamille is officially back in AEW, and she didn’t waste any time making her presence felt after months away from television.

Fans hadn’t seen Kamille on AEW programming since November 2024, when she was mysteriously attacked backstage shortly after splitting from Mercedes Moné. Reports later confirmed she was still under contract, even though she hadn’t been part of creative plans for quite some time. That changed during AEW Dynasty weekend.

On AEW Collision, Willow Nightingale threw out an open challenge, daring anyone watching at home to step up and go after the AEW TBS Championship. That moment set the stage for a surprise that unfolded backstage during Dynasty.

Kamille made her return by attacking Willow Nightingale backstage, sending a clear message that she’s ready to jump right back into the title picture. After slamming Willow into a garage door, Kamille delivered a short statement that confirmed her comeback.

“I’m back, baby.”

Kamille’s return marks her first appearance in AEW since being written off television in late 2024. At the time, she had just separated from Mercedes Moné and was later reported to still have time remaining on her AEW contract despite not being used on shows.

Since disappearing from AEW TV, Kamille stayed busy outside the company. She took part in outside projects, including landing a role tied to the upcoming American Gladiators reboot, while also making select appearances on the independent wrestling scene.

Now that she’s back, her sudden attack on Willow Nightingale immediately puts her back into the mix around the AEW TBS Championship. With Willow already holding the title and Kamille making such a direct statement, it looks like AEW may already be setting up a major showdown between the two.

Kamille was gone for a long time, but her return shows AEW clearly still has plans for her moving forward. The question now is how quickly she’ll get a title opportunity—and whether this comeback leads to the push many expected when she first arrived.

What do you think about Kamille returning to AEW with a backstage attack on Willow Nightingale? Do you want to see her challenge for the TBS Title right away, or should AEW build the feud first? Let us know your thoughts and leave your feedback.
